Daming Lake

    Daming Lake (Simplified Chinese: 大明湖， which literally translates to be the Lake of Great Light), or Daming Hu, is one of the biggest lakes in the city of Jinan. One of the more noted curiosities is that although many waters about Daming Lake have water snakes, there is a prominent lack of snakes in this lake.
